Understanding contract spend
Vendor spend is usually scattered across invoices, renewal emails and a finance spreadsheet nobody keeps current. Since RiskBee already captures each contract's value, currency and renewal date when you add it, the Spend tab turns that data into a live financial view automatically - no separate setup, no export.

What you'll see
Four KPI tiles up top
Total annual spend across every non-expired contract, Spend at renewal (value renewing in the next 90 days), Auto-renewing value (contracts that will renew without a decision), and Unpriced contracts - a count of contracts still missing an annual value, so you know how complete the picture is.
Spend by vendor
Your top eight vendors or counterparties by annual value, as horizontal bars - the fastest way to see where the budget actually goes.
Spend by contract type
The same breakdown by contract type (MSA, SOW, DPA, order form and so on), each bar showing its share of total priced spend.
Renewal cashflow - next 12 months
A bar chart bucketing every contract's annual value into the month it renews, so you can see spend spikes coming before they land on a client's desk.
It's read-only, and it's only as good as your data
The Spend tab doesn't have any actions of its own - it's a view computed from the contracts already loaded on the page. That also means it's only as complete as the contracts you've added: a vendor with no annual value on file won't show up in the breakdowns and counts toward Unpriced contracts instead. See how to add a contract to fill in the gaps, or check the renewal command center for what to do about a renewal once you've seen it coming here.
