Managing multiple clients from one RiskBee account
RiskBee is built for the reality of running vendor risk across many clients from one account, not one program against one vendor list. Every client gets its own isolated workspace, and one account can move between as many of them as you manage.

How switching works
One switcher, every workspace
For MSP users, the workspace switcher in the top bar lists "Your workspaces" (the MSP orgs you own or belong to) and "Managed clients" (client orgs you onboarded) in one dropdown. It - along with the Clients, MSP Inbox and MSP Billing nav items - is hidden entirely if your account isn't on an MSP plan.
Switching sets the active context
Picking a workspace validates your membership or MSP ownership of that client relationship, then sets it as your active organisation for the session.
Everything scopes to it
Vendors, assessments, questionnaires, tasks and contracts are all queried against the active organisation, so the whole app re-renders around whichever client you are currently in - there is no merged, cross-client view.
You always know where you are
A banner across the top always makes the current context explicit: navy "MSP workspace: [name]" for your own workspace, amber "Viewing client: [name]" for a client, or red "Frozen client (read-only): [name]" if that client is frozen for billing - which also shows how long its data will be retained.
The client roster
The Clients page is your admin view across every client relationship. A client still mid-onboarding (payment or profile not finished) shows as a compact summary with a button that jumps back into the wizard - once it's active, it gets a full card with Invite user, and per-client Members and Pending invitations sections where you can invite, resend or revoke access for that client's own users.
Why data stays isolated
Keeping every client's vendors, assessments and contracts scoped to its own organisation - rather than pooled into one shared list - is what keeps scope, ownership and reporting clean at renewal or audit time. It also means a client-side user you invite only ever sees their own workspace, never anyone else's. If you are setting a new client up for the first time, start with how to onboard a new client.
